The Profile of a Contact
Every Contact has a Profile. It can be used to record additional information about contacts.

The currently selected item is 'Security Certificate'. Its line is highlighted in yellow. Details about the selected item is displayed below the grid.

If you do not have all the information at hand you can still add the item and come back later to fill in missing data.
The Hierarchy section includes two parts: a list of superiors ('Show Parents') and a list of dependants ('Show Children'). Here is the list of parents for 'Sophie Guerin'.

In the 'Show Parents' view, clicking on the number column will open the associated Contact Card. In the above image, one click on 'Kath' would open the contact card of Katherine Harris.
To add a 'Parent' of Sophie, first you have to open the contact card of Sophie's new Parent, then click the 'Add a Parent' button.
To remove a Parent from the list, select the Parent to be removed then click the 'Erase this Parent link' button.
When the radio button 'Show Children' is selected, TeemWork displays the dependants of the selected contact. The figure below shows the children of Katherine Harris.

In this image we can see that Katherine is in charge of three different team members: 'Marc', 'Sophie' and 'Yvon'. Their Contact files can be opened by a simple click of their names.
A child cannot be added directly from this window.
For example, to add 'Frank' to 'Katherine's' child list we need to open 'Frank's' profile and inscribe that 'Katherine' is 'Frank's' parent. 'Frank' will automatically become 'Katherine's' child.
As displayed above, this view can display multiple child levels. To see who Micheline Perron is responsible for in the example above, click on the '+' that is displayed to the left of her name.
