Invoice Forms Available?

There are 3 versions of the Invoice forms included in the TeemWork premium Reports function.    This page describes the forms.

There are 3 versions of the Invoice forms.  They are:

  1. basic, 

  2. enriched and 

  3. deluxe.  

As the names imply, each form provides different level of detail.  

The software uses the Invoice form with the name, 'InvoiceTemplate.htm' and therefore the form that your team decides to use must be renamed with this default name.  For more details, click here.

Below is the 'Invoice' form as it appears when TeemWork is installed on your computer.   

Basic Form

In this slide the 'Basic' version is shown.  The file name is 'Invoice_Basic.htm'.

Enriched Form

The 'Enriched' form provides columns for the 'Quantity' and 'Unit Price' of the goods and services listed on the form.  The 'Total' section also includes a subtotal of taxes.

Below is a slide of the second invoice form.  This form is under the name, 'Invoice_Enriched.htm'.  

Deluxe Form

The deluxe form includes a 'Reference' column for your goods and services listed.

This slide illustrates the invoice form called, 'Invoice_Extra.htm'. 

These forms have a section to enter your company logo, name and address.  Please feel free to add the appropriate information in the forms.
